But after trading on each for a couple of months, the differences became pretty clear. Some of them surprised me.

The JazzCash Reliability Problem
This is really the story of this whole comparison. Pocket Option technically supports JazzCash, but my experience with it was frustrating. Out of five deposit attempts, only two went through smoothly. One failed silently — the money left my JazzCash account but never appeared in Pocket Option. Took me three days and a support ticket to get it sorted.
Another time, the deposit page kept loading and eventually timed out. I tried again the next day and it worked, but at that point the trade I was watching had already passed. Payouts: Quotex Is Consistently Higher
I tracked payouts on the same assets at the same times across both platforms for about a week. On EUR/USD during London hours, Quotex averaged around 91% while Pocket Option hovered around 84-87%. On GBP/JPY, similar story — about a 4-6% gap favoring Quotex.
Over the course of, say, 100 trades with a $5 trade size, that payout difference translates to roughly $20-30 more in your pocket. Not huge on small volumes, but it adds up over months. And for active traders doing 10-20 trades a day, we are talking meaningful money.
Social & Copy Trading: Pocket Option Does It Better
I will give Pocket Option this one. Their social trading feature is more developed. You can see trader profiles with detailed stats, follow their trades in real time, and there is a community feed where people share setups. It feels more like a trading social network.
Quotex has copy trading too, and it works fine — you pick a trader, set your allocation, and it mirrors their trades. But the community aspect is not as rich. You get basic stats like win rate and total profit, and that is about it. No discussions, no shared analysis.
Pocket Option also has this gamification system with achievements, levels, and experience points. It is silly in some ways, but I noticed it kept me engaged. Whether that is a good thing or just a way to encourage overtrading, I will leave to your judgment.
Minimum Deposit: Pocket Option Wins on Paper
Pocket Option\'s $5 minimum is genuinely lower than Quotex\'s $10. For someone just wanting to dip their toes in with the smallest possible amount, that five-dollar difference matters.
But honestly, I would not recommend starting with $5 on either platform. After a few losing trades (which will happen), you will be down to $2-3 and unable to manage risk properly. Starting with at least $10-20 gives you enough room to follow the 2% risk rule without your trades being uselessly small. So while Pocket Option wins this category technically, the practical difference is minimal.
